One great book!

Today is my day to blog about the wonderful new book out by nine very talented quilters and they just so happen to be from the Rocky Mountains of Utah.  Just like the beautiful mountains that surround us this book if full of beautiful projects to make.  Konda Luckua spear headed the whole project a while ago and she really picked some fine, fine ladies to jump aboard.  Together they have put together an exceptional book.  I think you will like all projects they feature.  The best about this little tour is that they want to share their book with you.  From each stop on the tour they will be giving away a book, so leave me a comment about what you think about our Rocky Moutains of Utah and if you live out of state, have you been able to visit us?  Make sure you make the stops at all of the bloggers who are participating.  Just click the book front on my side bar for the links.  And by the way I can't figure out this new blogging format, can't we go back to the old style?

I agree with you!! I want to go back to the old interface. I DO NOT like the new one. It certainly is NOT easier. I've never been to Utah, but it certainly looks like a beautiful place. Thanks for sharing a copy of this inspiring book.

It's been 20 years since I've been to Utah and i'd like to return with my children. Snow Bird and Park City are my all time favorite ski areas and I'd love to come back. We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains where the mountain hug and embrace you. The Rockies stand back and command your respect. Not sure where I read that but it is so true. Love the new book!

I'm still learning this "Blogging" I tried setting one up, but I'm not smart enought or patient enough to figure it out. I'm glad so many others have blogs and share their stories and talent. I've been through Utah, but have never really explored Utah. Thanks for the chance to win.

I have lived in the eastern US all my life but have been fortunate enough to travel to Utah twice. Once to SLC and Park City and once to the National Parks in Southern Utah. Both areas were wonderful -- the lovely scenery, the nice people, the things to do. I'm enjoying the blog hop and the book looks like it has lots of great projects. Thanks for the chance to win!

Although I have been through the Rocky Mountains a couple of times it has not been in Utah. The pictures I have seen of them in the Utah area are gorgeous so I hope to visit someday soon. I think all the quilts I have seen on this blog tour are beautiful.

You know how much Alex and me love the Rockies. We have to return every time....I can really feel homesick to those beautiful mountains. You are so lucky to have them in your own backyard!

The only Rocky Mountains I know are those from your pictures and from many books. But next year as you know we are coming over and see and feel them. Oh René and I feel lucky!

Wherever you find mountains you find beauty! I love to just sit and study them...and get so excited when I can see them in a distance...especially because we live where it is very flat. I am most intested in looking at the book so I hope I win one:)
