What little boy doesn't like to play with trucks and dirt? The best part of this one is that it can be done inside on a quilt. Yup, a quilt. Thaynes birthday was the first of the month so we gave him this quilt that doubles as a playmat. I started giving the kids quilts when Hatch turned three. It has turned into a tradition of sorts.
We even included the trucks to go with the quilt.
The back of the quilt is the playmat. It was a panel that I added borders to to get the size of the front.
This quilt is perfect for Thayner Man. He loves trucks. And what's good about this one is that he can play, play until he's tired and then wrap up in it for a nap. If that still happens!

What a cute quilt for Thayne! I hope he will have so much fun with it and even remember it when it is old and ragged and he can use it for his own (grand) childeren, wouldn't that be great?
