What a lovely table setting with that Turkey in the middle! I am sure tonight your table will be full of joy, laughter and good spirit! Have a wonderful thanksgiving!
Oh Shannon, table looks devine :) Man I miss seeing you. So much has gone on since I saw you last. When is your next bag class? Let me know will ya. Oh and my daughter updated my blog for me so you can see a few things that happened this past summer. THought you might like to know that :) Love ya!
My hands are always busy, this has led to many crafty endevers, interior design, paper crafting, or sewing, but my favorite obsession is quilting and making bags. You can just call me an "Old Bag"! My husband, Stuart and I are empty nesters who like to travel in our 5th wheel trailer and spoil our three kids, two son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law and five darling grandkids. (if there's any money leftover from buying fabric!)
I work at Corn Wagon Quilts in Springville, Utah. The perfect job for me. I teach quilt and bag classes for the Corn Wagon and Dave's Bernina in Provo and St. George, Utah. It's a good thing we don't have to live off what money I make, 'cause you know it has to buy fabric! Glad you stopped by, pull up a chair, a diet coke, chocolate and lets get accquainted.
"The desire tocreate is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul. No matter our talents, education, backgrounds, or abilities, we each have an inherent wish tocreate something that did not exist before .... creation brings deep satisfaction and fulfillment. We develop ourselves and others when we take unorganized matter into our hands and mold it into something of beauty ..."

This is my husband Stuart. This is who I share my nest with. He likes the outdoors, hunting, guns, and ME! He is a wonderful cook (am I lucky or what?) He is a fun, kind and loving father and grandpa. I'm so blessed to have in my life.
