A Yummy Treat!

Do you ever get the craving for something sweet? A couple of weeks ago on Studio 5 they were making this yummy looking dessert using Rhodes Anytime! Cinnamon Rolls. These caught my eye in a second and ever since I've wanted to make them. Around the Whitehouse lately we have been eating a early dinner,(our kids are starting to think were getting old, eating early, sharing a dinner in resturants, etc.)then we have a little something in the evening, this was the treat last Wednesday night. They were very easy to make and who isn't for that route. The only thing is we couldn't eat them all, I should of waited to make them for something special! Not! they were yummy even without the ice cream! Here is the recipe:

Cinnamon Roll Apple Crisp
9 Rhodes Anytime Cinnamon Rolls
21 oz. can apple pie filling
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup quick oats
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
Place cinnamon rolls in 3 rows of 3 in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour and spread pie filling to evenly cover rolls. In a bowl, combine sugar, oats, pecans, flour and butter. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle over the apple pie filling and rolls. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are baked through. Drizzle the packets of frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls.
